Beatriz González previously worked in the European Commission, in DG ECHO (European Office of Humanitarian Aid) as Audit Assistant, managing EU funded Projects of this area. She has also worked for the Delegation of Andalusia Region in Brussels before joining INCOMA. Beatriz holds a Bachelor’s degree in History by the University of Seville and Master’s degree in International Relations and African Studies by the Autonomous University of Madrid. Moreover, she has completed a Specialisation in European Projects by UNED and also in Global Challenges by the Leiden University. Apart from Spanish, Beatriz speaks English and French.


Juan Guerrero, General Manager and Head of the Department of International R&D Projects at INCOMA, has coordinated more than 50 projects funded by international programmes such as the Leonardo da Vinci II, Lifelong Learning Programme, Erasmus Mundus, ESF, POCTEFEX or Erasmus+, managing research groups and trainers, as well as coordinating different project activities within several European partnerships. Furthermore, Juan also works as external expert for local institutions in EU training programmes.

He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration by the University of Seville and a Master’s Degree in International Relations by the Pablo de Olavide University with a Thesis about the European Neighbourhood Policy.

Juan has also presented and published research texts in the field of Innovation and Education in International Forums such as ICERI 2013 (ISBN: 978-84-616-3847-5), INTED 2014 (ISBN: 978-84-616-8412-0) and ICERI 2015 (ISBN: 978-84-608-2657-6). Apart from Spanish, Juan speaks English, Italian and French.
